Is there a way to change add-on for opening .pdf files? I have both Adobe Pro
6 and Adobe Reader 7 and would like the latter to open .pdf files when I am
browsing the internet. How to change it from Adobe Pro to Adobe Reader?

Hi Vedran :-)

You don't mention the version of Windows you are using, which really is a
must when asking for help in the newsgroups, but, try the following as it
may apply
to your OS and see if it helps:

Explorer-View-Folder Options-File Types

The path to Folder Options may vary according to your operating
system. It may be:
Explorer-View-Folder Options
Explorer-Tools-Folder Options
Start-Settings-Folder Options
Start-Settings-Control Panel-Folder options.

If that does not work, uninstall and reinstall the Adobe7 reader and that
should set it as the default for .pdf

Hope this helps.

In my experience, the full Adobe product will steal the association from
the Reader no matter what you do. I tried everything I could think of to
make the Reader always open .pdf files, but nothing worked until I
uninstalled Acrobat, reinstalled Reader, and switched to CutePDF for
making .pdf files.
