Hello:

Its my first time that I post something in the blogs or discussion forums.
So, please bare with my ignorance for a moment. Thank you

My qquestion is:

I switch computers with my son and on installed a Windows Server to my
system. I had to re-install several programs after that (about three weeks of
work). One of my proghrams and the most useful one is "Adobe Acrobat 7.0". I
can't installe it.

I have the dowload disk with the Key on it, but still does not allow me to
install it. When I called Adobe Customer Services and Support they suggested
for me to purchase an update to a newer version. I paid $300.00 dollars three
years ago for this program and I can not afford to purchased another update
right know.

Support gave me a temporary fix but it keeps asking me to subscribe and when
I tried, it keeps tellen me that my Key is not good or correct.

Any suggestions??????

Helpless - no clue - want-0to-be programer

If the Acrobat version you have is incompatible with whatever "Windows
Server" you have installed, and Adobe has acknowledged the incompatibility,
you have two basic choices. Install an older Windows version on the PC so
Acrobat 7 will install and work, or purchase an upgrade to an Acrobat
version that will work with "Windows Server". As you have not supplied
details, such as what version and edition of "Windows Server" you have
installed, and exactly what error messages you received when installing
Acrobat 7, other alternatives cannot be explored.
