I have installed the tool and Setup the two way trust. I
have reviewed the readme doc that comes with the tool and
everything appears to be set right.

- User accounts migrate, but I get an error on the SID
option
- Computer account migrate but access is denied on
changing the settings on the computer itself.

Any ideas on what I am missing?

Is your Active Directory Domain in Native Mode???

Is your Active Directory "Domain Admins" group members of the local
administrators group on the machine??

Yes, both domains are in native mode, and yes the domains
admin group is part of the local admin on the computers.
I think my problem deals with the DC though. I am getting
access denied in the log file when I try to perform the
sid migration.

Make the password the same for the built-in administrator accounts in both
domains during the migration process.
