can anyone help..i cannot log in as adminstator everytime i do so my pc shuts
down in 60 seconds, all my other accounts ar limited so i am unable to add
programs or anything else, can someone please help me??

Have you tried booting into Safe Mode?

If it doesn't happen there then you may have an unwanted program running
from registry or startup.
