I wanted to change administrative user. I took away that
title before assinging a new one. Now I can't assign

Greetings --

Log in using the built-in Administrator account and create/modify
the other user accounts as desired. In WinXP Pro, press CTRL+ALT+DEL
twice at the Welcome Screen. In WinXP Home, restart into Safe Mode.
