Administrators Group User do not have permission!

Hello:

I have try to use a "USER_A" which is administrators group's user.
However, when I try to run "powercfg -h off" it show I do not have
permission. May I know does anything wrong on my system?

I try to modify the hosts file also got permission problem!

Nothing is wrong with your system. This is how Vista is designed. See:

Changes to the built-in administrator account in Vista:

Run cmd elevated.

1. Click Start
2. Type: cmd
3. Right-click cmd when it appears under Programs
4. Click Run As Administrator
