Administrator's Group

I have setup a group policy for my terminal services users. It includes
Outlook, Symantec Anti/Virus and Word applications. These applications only
load properly when the users are placed in the administrator's group. When I
take them out of the group, I receive an error that states that the
application cannot be installed.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you.
Al

Which versions of each application, i.e.

Outlook 2000, 2002, or 2003?
Word 2000, 2002, or 2003?
Symantec Antivirus Corporate Edition 7.x, 8.x... (client or server)

Microsoft Office installed using "change user /install" or add/remove
programs, after TS was installed?

What is logged in the Application Event Log when this happens.

Have you tried using Regmon & Filemon from sysinternals.com to isolate the
problem?
