- Click Start / run / cmd {OK}
- Type this command:
net user NameOfAccount {Enter}

If "NameOfAccount" is an administrator's account then it
will be a member of the "administrator's" group.

If in a domain environment, make the command like so:

net user NameOfAccount /domain {Enter}
