We downloaded a game called Fiesta from Outspark. The program works fine as
long as the administrator password is given. The desktop icon for the
program has the admin shield to it where none of my other icons have it. I
have done everything I know how to remove admin requirements so others can
play without a password with no success. can someone tell me how to remove
the admin requirement? I am running Windows Vista home

If the game requires the admin password then the developer has set it to
require it. There is no valid reason why it should, but the reason it is
configured to is almost certainly one of:

(a) the developer is lazy and wrote the game poorly and refuses to fix it; or
(b) the developer is ignorant and doesn't know how to test whether the game
really needs admin privs or not; or
(c) the developer is malicious and the game does bad things to your computer
and it is easier to do so if the game runs as an admin.

As for which one is the case here, I don't know, but in any case, I would
not run the game.
