Am trying to uninstall Zone Alarm from add and remove
programs. Get a refusal indicating it must be done through
an administrator. I > Run -type "control userpasswords2"
shows me (nedjm) as an administrator. I need to set myself
as administrator without showing at bootup and uninstall
Zone Alarm. Please help.

Have you tried to log in as 'Administrator' and not
nedjm? To do this, go to the welcome screen and press
Ctrl+alt+Delete Twice, then continue by logging in as
Administrator by typing in Administrator in the Username
Box and (Your Password) in the Password box.

Latest,
I do not get a WELCOME screen at startup.
Perhaps because I attempted (6th time) to download
SP1a and one third through received a "acess denied"
message. User accounts shows nedjm as administrator.
Run-control userpasswords2, shows both nedjm
and administrator as administrators.
