Administrator Privledges...Virus?

It seems somehow or another, an additional administrator account has been
created. I am no longer able to download files, unless I am signed on as the
'original' adminstrator. Problem is, I can't modify the privledges of my
current account (i.e. power user, etc.). I can't even delete the account. All
of my email, shortcuts, etc. are on this account. Help!
