Hi,

I am unable to open some things on my computer because an
error pops up saying, please log on with administrator
privledges and try again. I am the administrator so I
don't know what the problem is. Also, some programs that
were fine one day, I am unable to open them the next day
because of the error message. Can anyone help me? I have
called Dell support and I don't seem to get anywhere.

If you ever solve this problem, could you let me know. My
brother is having the same problem, and after spending
hours trying to do things I gave up. The computer just
doesn't recogize an administrator. Do you have any users
who do NOT have administrative privileges or are you the
only user. Sorry I'm not any help.

Hi, did you manage to get this sorted out?

I have exactly the same problem happening to me.....very
frustrating especially when no one can give you an answer.
