Administrator Priliges

I'm trying to run a program that keeps telling me I need administrator
privileges. I have my user account set up as an administrator, so I don't
know what else to do. I've tried to look in user accounts to see if there
is anything else I need to do, but don't find anything. Very frustrating
when I am signed in, but it won't let me even open the program (UBCD4Win
trying to put together the disks for another computer that is not working).
Thanks for any tips. Jamie

Yes, I even went into properties & tried changing anything/everything there.
I'm just not understanding what is missing!?!

Okay - sorry - I had NOT done that, I had right clicked on the program
itself and did properties - this worked!! Thank you so much. I'm learning,
slowly but surely I guess.

If you could do that , that would be great. I built the disk, after having
to use yet another computer as my desktop would not read the XP disk
completely. Followed everything on the website, and when I put it in the
computer it gives me "loading CD" on the screen, but nothing happens after
that. Even after 10 min. it still does nothing else. I would need XP
based. I'm not even sure what the next steps are after getting it to load,
but trying to get that far! Thanks for all your help.

I don't know how to thank you - I was able to use the Vista/Win7 disk & got
the computer to actually boot to a screen, not continually reboot.
I hate to keep asking for help, but what should my next steps be to "fix"
the issues that started this in the first place? I suppose I should go back
to the XP forum to ask! But did want to say thank you so very much. Your
disk worked, mine did not for some reason. Jamie
