There is no supported method of retrieving or resetting Administrative
passwords. You would need to reinstall the operating system (which should
have been transferred to you along with the computers in compliance with the
End User License Agreement).
That said, there are a number of claims for utilities that do what you
describe. Do a google search on "windows 2000 password recovery boot disk"
