Administrator Logon hangs, while other are allowed.

Hello,

Somebody help me out. I installed DirectX 9.0C redistributible update and as
soon as I restarted my Administrator Login hangs after I enter Username and
Password. Other Users with Administrator prievilages are also hanging but
rest all users are working fine.
