hi every one the problem i have is i forgot my pass word to enter the
internet from my start window and i never set a hint question i tried to go
into the set up at the begining of the power on stage and it asked for a pass
word i entered what i thought might be the pass word i used and it said
invalid after several diff attemts the lap top went into shut down mode and
locked up only way i could get it started is unplug the power cord and it
restarted but only way i could log on is by guest sign on then it wont let me
retrieve forgotten pas words for admin. or any at that is there a trick to
removing all exsisting pass words or what

I don't know about being dumb with computers, how about some punctuation and
capitalization for a start?
