administrator group privilege for outlook.

i have this strange behavior on Xp pro.
When I login without being in the adminsitrator group
outlook take a long time to connect because the frist time
i receive the message server unavailable and i do retry
and the it work. Full process 45sec.

Now if I put my self in the admin group it take 5 second
without doing the retry step.

any idea.
