I'd like to be able to change the members of the Administrator group for all
of the 2k/XP PCs in our organization. Is there a way to do this via Group
Policy?

TIA,

Scott

Add "Administrators" to the list of Restricted Groups within Group Policy.
Add only the users/groups that you want to be a member of the group, like
Domain Admins. At the next policy refresh, the Administrators group will be
updated to reflect the Restricted Groups settings.
