Administrator Application Install Stop

Sir,
I Have a windows Xp in my PC i want to denay administrator user to install an application.Beacuse my youger Brother is installing unwanted application day by day.
So plz help me and send me a proper solution.

You cannot deny the administrator user the abiilty to install unless you demote that user from an administrator. But you cannot do this unless you yourself are an administrator on that machine.

NetBooger is correct,

Why don't you just change the password on the administrator account and keep it for yourself and give him a guest account??

Or get him a cheapo PC for £50?
