Administrator account hacked by someone else

's Computer Specifications

Hi,

I have Windows XP business set up for remote access and FTP,WWW. I keep this
machine up to date when it's available. It just happened today that someone
connected to FTP and uploaded some files to this machine and then get
connected using remote service. Now, I couldn't logon because the password
has been reset. Do you know how to break this or have the same problem? Thanks
