I accidently delete my shortcuts of Administrative Tools, Now I want to
recover it.


I like Microsoft Newsgroups, Which provides to help me.

Have you looked in the Recycle Bin to see if they're in there to restore
them?

Alternatively, log in under a different user account with admin rights
and copy them to your profile.

In W2K3, W2000 too ISTR,
Start->Settings & Taskbar->Start Menu->Customize; choose "Display
Administrative Tools".

I deleted administrator profile.

It should recreate a new profile when you logon as Administrator.
