Is their any place to download adminpk.msi the administration tools for
windows 2000 that are typical found on the server cd. I know you can
download them for the server 2003 ones. I found a site on the internet that
you can download them from but its not microsoft so I don't trust them.

Hint: Extract the contents of a service pack. (e.g. if you are running
windows 2000 sp4, then extract the contents of service pack 4 to get the
right adminpak.msi file)

I think that's what neo is pointing you to.

To extract the service pack files without installing them, execute
J:\W2kSP4\W2KSP4.exe /x
Then when prompted, specify a directory to hold the extracted files.

http://download.microsoft.com/downlo.../W2KSP4_EN.EXE
