You must be an Administrator or a User with Administrative Privileges.. They
are set by an Administrator or User with Admin rights in the Control Panel.
If you are only a Limited User, you should ask someone who setup the PC if
they can install the software for ALL users - or if they want to, change
your privileges. As a Limited User, you cannot change anything on the PC.
