Adjusting FlexGrid column widths

Hello,

Is there a way to programmatically change the width of a column (or all
columns) in a FlexGrid - or adjust all column widths to fill the frame?

Is there an easier alternative for having an editable table on a UserForm
which pulls its data from the spreadsheet, rather than an external source?
Only certain columns need to be editable. Superimposing text boxes on frames
looks a bit fiddly!
