Click the Office button, and then click Word Options. In the Advanced
category, click the Customize button. In the Customize Keyboard dialog box,
locate the AdjustListIndents command (you'll find it in the All Commands
category) and assign a keyboard shortcut to it. Use the shortcut to access
the Adjust List Indents dialog box.
