Adjust requirement to "consider changing your password"

Every few weeks my Vista OS asks me to "consider changing your password".
I'd like to either eliminate this requirement or, at the very least, make it
happen less frequently.

Rightclick the command prompt icon in Accessories and 'Run as Administrator'
Type "net accounts /maxpwage:unlimited" (without the quotes)
