Adjust power options in restricted acount

Keep in mind that I'm rinning Windows XP Home, so I don't have access to the
group policy editor. I am trying to set the power options so that my
computer doesn't go on standby. I want to set the limited acount I keep for
my family to use not to go on standby, but the restrictions on it prevent
that, and each user acount has its own power settings. How am I to change
the power settings in the limited account?
