Originally we had 5 TS licenses working fine, but any aditional one is
visible in the license manager but doesn't work. Actually we have 9 licences
installed but only 5 of them works, any sugestions?

What do you mean by not working? Do you get an error when the client
connects? Which one? Any eventlog messages on the Terminal Server when
this happens?

Sounds like you have too few normal server CALs. Check in Control
Panel - Licensing applet.
