I hope someone can help me
Problem: Each time I go on-line there appears just one pop up add under my browser and Home page. I installed the google toolbar which eliminates all other pop up adds except for the initial one which appears when I first go on-line. Please help me to terminate this one pop up add

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each need to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded. There's also a lot more to do than just those two programs.

If trying everything at that site does not fix the problem please post back
in the same thread.
