Wonderful, thanks for the reply! I've tried everything except the video
drivers, which were just loaded since this is a brand new computer. I will
reload them just in case. It would appear not to be a corrupt addressbook
entry, since it crashes immediately upon choosing ANY other source (All
Contacts, All Groups, Outlook Addressbook, etc.).
I'm not sure if it will help, but I am going to attempt the following:
1. Complete uninstall of Office 2003, including ORK complete uninstall.
2. Windows XP SP2 repair + Windows Update.
3. Reinstallation of Office 2003 + updates.
If I get nowhere with that, then I will have to rebuild the computer. A
terrible solution considering how complicated this person's load is.
