Are there any good tools (either with windows or 3rd party) that i can use to
analyze how much of my addressable space has been eaten up by non-RAM
hardware?

msinfo32 can give you a memory map

System Properties displays what is left, or is addressable. The
difference between what you started with and that is what was "eaten up".
