address toolbar problem

      5th Apr 2006
when typing a web address in the address toolbar it displays a list of sites
(some adult) which i have never visited before. Is this a security/spyware
problem or a setup issue. Am using xp & ie6 sp2

When all else fails, HijackThis v1.99.1
(http://aumha.net/downloads/hijackthis.zip) is the preferred tool to use. It
will help you to both identify and remove any hijackware/spyware. **Post

http://forums.subratam.org/index.php?showforum=7, or other appropriate
forums for expert analysis, not here.**

found some bugs through aumha, now appears to be sorted
