Address out of range for my D-Link router DI-804V

I am not sure what caused this, but in the manual of my D-Link Broadband VPN
Router DI-804V I read that it needs to be connected to a PC with an
IP-adress between 192.168.0.2 and 192.168.0.254. I have had it working fine,
and I could configure the route via my webbrowser.

Now, for some reason, my networking card / networking "bridge" has got this
address: 192.168.123.100, and I cannot configure my router any longer.
ipconfig /renew results in the same address.

What can I do to give the card an address in the right range?

Thanks
Wim

Sounds like your PC is set to get its IP from a DHCP server, and the
router isn't giving it one. Manually set the IP in your Network
Properties for TCP/IP to one compatible with the router, and you should
be able to access the router (assuming the LAN is working).

OK, I can give the network card 192.168.0.2,
but what can I use as network masik and standard gateway?

Net mask would normally be 255.255.255.0, which allows your LAN IPs to
range from .1 to .254. Default gateway would be your router's IP.

OK, and what do I write as DNS-server address?

Thanks for helping :-)
