When I try to drop down address menu, hour glass stays on and program does
not respond. no problem when i type in address.

Similar problem with Word and Excel. I can open document in My Documents,
but cannot drop down menu to other sources such as zip or floppy. Also
cannot "save as."

Ran Ad-aware 6.0 and Norton virus scan, and everything seems ok.

my drop down doesnt respond only on i.e. if type in manual all is great
everything else is fine this just strated yesterday and i did no updates or
anything did spyware check anti viri ect any body have any ideas

?

I went to website and followed instructions. I copied code into dword value,
and set data of this value to 1. Base was checked off as hexadecimal. I
restarted computer, but problem remained.
