Export the list as a "cvs" (comma separated value) file and open this file in any spreadsheet program.
Then format the list as you would like and print.
This will take care of both of your posts.

I feel certain your suggestion will work (I will try both "cvs" and "csv"
until I find the one that works). But I also must note: this is FAR too
much fooling around to accomodate extreme poor design. I hope you noted my
"Address Lists - problem 6". I'm even beginning to think "Linux".

Sorry about the typo error. But this CSV option is the same procedure that you would have used with Outlook Express if you wanted a nice neat list of your contacts. You can also save the CSV list as a backup of your Contacts for importing should something happen to the contacts file.
Linux is a fine system, but the basic PC user will find that it is more complicated, especially when you want to add new software.

Export your contacts to a CSV file.

I don't find an "export" or "import" option for adr lists. I have never used
Outlook Express - rather, I went right to Outlook some years back and soon
became "locked in". As I am sure you know, Outlook DOES include email
addresses (default) when I print adr lists - and I guess I got spoiled. That
feature is/was a big help for me in my little operation.
Many thanks for your responses.
