Address Lists Issue

I have a 2007 exchange server and we have multiple Hosted Exchange domains on
this machine. We've found an issue that when composing a new message, you
click the TO: button, and select the drop down list for (GAL, Address book) a
few domains ADDRESS Lists are peaking through. I've looked all around and I
can't seem to find a way to hide everyones ADDRESS LIST from other people
that don't belong part of that hosted exchange domain.

Thanks in advance.
