Hello,

I have an interesting situation; we have a small network of 8 pc's and on
file server running Windows 2003 server and Exchange 2003. We only use the
exchange to host public folders. We use the exchange for the mail storage
but we use our ISP's email services for spam filtering and antivirus
scanning. When looking at the inbox in folder view I can see the public
folders and an address list we have for our client list that is in the
public folder. When I open a new email and go to the "to" button and look
for the clent address list to get email addresses I cannot see the public
folders. I see the top folder titled public folder but I cannot see sub
folders. Any Help?

right-click the contact folder , choose proprerties, access the "Outlook
Addressbook" tab and make sure the "Show this folder as an e-mail
addressbook" is checkmarked
