From address in emailed form results

Can I change the email address of the sender of a form submitted by
email. At the moment the form appears to have been sent from
(E-Mail Removed)ultdomain, and I can't seem to change it.

You host has to change it, however whatever it is changed to will be used for all emails sent from
your web site.

Just on the off-chance, would you happen to know how to change it on a
UNIX server running FP extensions?
