Hi:
Everytime I type an address in the address bar (ex:
www.abc.com), it changes it to C:\documents and
settings\username\Desktop\www.abc.com and I cannot view
the page. If I type http:\\www.abc.com in the address bar,
it works fine.

I removed any spyware running ad-aware program.
Thanks for any help in advance.

With IE open, go to Tools > Options > Advanced. Scroll down to Search. Check
"Just go to the most likely site." Click OK.
