Hi,

What is happening is something strange - cannot figure out why.

When i send an email to a particular id (this happens only when i use her
email id), with another id in the CC field - after i click Send/Recieve the
id in the CC field shows in the TO field.

I have tested this any number of times, i am unable to send any emails to
that particular id. No other such issues with others in my contacts.

NEED HELP

Thanks

Is that a separate issue from copying?

Version of Outlook?
Which account type are you using?
Does the address still show in the CC field in your Sent Items folder?

Am using MS-Office 2003.

Not one mail has reached the person, say A. Instead emails go to the person
in the CC field say B, with CC and To fields showing B. However the sent
items list shows as sent to A. This happens only when i include As the
recipient, not for anybody else.

Account type - am not clear about ur question. Have more than one e mail
accounts configured, and they are all working OK.

Account type; POP3, IMAP, Exchange, HTTP, other...?

Do you have this issue for every account you have configured or only just 1?
If it shows correctly in your Sent Items folder it means it is sent
correctly and must have been altered AFTER Outlook. Do you have a virus
scanner that integrates with Outlook? Disable this integration and try
again.

Account Type : POP3
Problem only with this account.
Have Mcafee Virus scan integrated with Outlook.

Will try as suggested.

Thanks a ton.

Will try
