Yes.

No. If you see this when you create a new message, I'd wager you're using
Word as your mail editor and that you have Adobe Acrobat installed. It is
Acrobat's PDFMaker add-in that is causing the problem. See
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2002sp3.htm#problems for instructions on
how to prevent that add-in from loading.
