It would have probably been better if you continued to use MS Outlook in
Vista rather than convert to Windows Mail (as you apparently did).
Anyway, search your whole drive for "*.pab" and see if you can find your old
MS Outlook Address Book. If, on the other hand, you were using MS Outlook
"Contacts", that would be part of your MS Outlook file called outlook.pst
which also may still be on your disk. Search for "*.pst".
Also, have you tried opening your "old" Outlook? All your email and address
book may still all be there (depends on just how you upgraded and if you
imported/changed your email, etc.).
