I have an error in my address book so when I try to choose
an address for an email or open the address book, I get an
Illegal Operation and Outlook closes on me. I did a
Detect and Repair and the error still occurs. How can I
fix this problem? It has been happening in the T's and
now it happens in the B's. Appreciate any help you can
give me.

What is the error?
What mail support mode are you using?
What changes did you make to your installation before the trouble started?

Thanks for your reply.
The error I get is:
OUTLOOK caused a stack fault in module MSPST32.DLL at
0167:629a70d9.

I don't know what you mean by "Mail support". To my
knowledge we aren't using anything. Please explain.

I didn't make any changes to the installation, but I was
updating a Contact and changing the email address with the
name beginning in B. I received a prompt asking if I
wanted to update or create a new contact and I chose
create new contact. Closed me out and now I have errors
in the "B". I don't remember doing anything in contacts
with names beginning with T and it has been a few months
now that I am having problems and being closed out if I
tried to access a name beginning with T. In addition now,
if I try to scroll in the address book, I am closed out
with an illegal operation also.

Mail support mode is listed in line 2 of Help | About.
