Hi
We use Outlook 2007 with MS Exchange. We have a user who uses Outlook
in cached mode, and has done for about three years. For some reason
his address book has stopped updating. It used to update fine as
recently as three months ago, but now if I add a new user to the
system, it doesn't update his address book. All of our other "cached"
users work ok.

Any suggestions as to why this might be?

Yes. Your Exchange administrator or an Exchange group would be where I would
have started.
