In 2003 I inserted the Contents Address Book icon on my toolbar for easy
insertion of addresses into word documents but can't find it in 2007

Provided you have Outlook installed as your default e-mail application in
order to make it work, you will find the address book command in the
'Commands not in Ribbon' group of the QAT (Quick Access Toolbar) editor..
