I have a number of personal names and addresses in the outlook address book.
I can access to print envelops in Word. I have a number of business names
and addresses I would like to add, but in a different list as the personal
names. I can't seem to do that. I have somehow created additional lists but
either cant find then when in Letters and Envelops or they show up blank.
Any suggestions?

Typically you will be better off by selecting the contacts you want in
Outlook, then using Outlook Tools|Mail Merge to initiate a merge to produce
your envelopes.

If you are initiating a Mail merge from Word using the Mail Merge Task pane,
you will only see Outlook Contacts folders that have been marked as being in
the Outlook Address Book. (In Outlook, select the contact folder, show its
Properties and look at the Outlook Address Book tab). If you are just using
the Envelopes and Labels option (i.e. not merging) then you also need todo
that - then you have a chance of finding the in the drop-down labelled "Show
names from the:"

You can have several contacts lists in Outlook, but to use them from Word
they must be flagged as e-mail address books in their properties. Or you can
use one contacts list and use categories to identify them in different
groupings. In order to use categories in a mail merge, see Peter's reply.
