Address Bar websites

Prior to installing SP2, I was able to open 1 window of IE, look at the
address bar & the most recent address' I've visited are at the top. When
scrolling through that 1 window of IE that is open, the address bar will
change as I look through the webpages (if I type in a new site, the site that
is at the bottom of the list will go away OR if I choose a site that is
somewhere in the list, it will be moved to the top).

IF I open a 2nd window of IE, & insert a new webpage, the list does not
change. if I go to a site that is listed within that address bar list, it
does not move to the top of the list.

NOW after installing SP2, no matter how many pages of IE I have open, the
address bar changes (inserting a new site & the last one will change or
picking a site that is lower in the list, moves to the top of the list). Any
ideas how to change this??

The behavior of IE 6 xpsp2 seems very reasonable to me. Why do you want to
change this?

It's just a security blanket. It's how XP has always worked for me & it's
what I'm used to. I have another computer (laptop) that also has XP & SP2
installed & it doesn't do this behavior, so obviously there must be something
that can be done. I just don't know what & I'm hoping the widely
knowledgable people out there know how to do it.
Thanks for any help that can be provided!!
