The address bar on the start menu at the bottom of the
screen is not workng. I type in a web address and
click "go" but nothing happen. Is it not linked to
internet explore or something? I've looked at the help
menu but can't find any help. Any suggestions?

Is Internet Explorer your default browser? Are you already connected to
the internet when you enter an address? If not connected, what action do
you have configured for Internet Explorer to take when when you request
online content?

Internet Options has a "Restore Defaults" button and a box for IE to
check that its the default browser. May want to try resetting both of
these to re-establish the default IE associations and behaviors.

Internet Options> Connections is where you can tell IE what to do when
you request a connection to online content.
