Is there a way to set up IE so that you don't have to type in the full web
address of a web site in order for IE to find the site? For example, if I
type "msn.com", without the quotes, IE goes to the MSN site, but if I type in
my company's website name with the dot com, a "page not found" displays
instead.

Thanks,
Donna

Hi,
Use the Ctrl+Enter shortcut. Try it... type microsoft in the Address Bar.
Hit the Ctrl key and Enter at the same time. This will add www and .com- not
..org or .net. There's a registry tweak to make Ctrl+Enter add a suffix other
than com, but it can only be configured for one suffix at a time.

Hope this helps,
Don
