Hi,

In using the address bar in Internet Explorer, I should
be able to type in a website such as "google" and press
control enter which results in the putting in of
the "www." and ".com" parts of the web address. However,
on this specific computer, it will not work for me. It
used to work when I first got it, but it no longer
functions. Please offer any advice!

Thank you very much in advance!

Tools\Internet options\Advanced tab
Check "Use inline autocomplete"
apply and okay your way out.

Or:

Question: My CTRL+ENTER keys (which adds www.???.com to a word in the
address bar stopped working.
How do I get back this functionality?

Solution:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\AutoCo
mplete]
"Append Completion"="no"
"Use AutoComplete"="yes"
"AutoSuggest"="no"

Changing "Append Completion" from "no" to "yes" will restore the function.
